	Promote Nigeria’s interests in deepwater oil and gas through a competitive industrial base unmatched in scale, capability and cost efficiency in the region.

Vision

To create and operate a fully functional support centre to the Deepwater Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria, through the active attraction of investment and creation of employment opportunities resulting from the progressive development of an efficient, secure, commercially effective support infrastructure, and its continued cost-efficient operation.
